The following upstream project and public model specification were consulted
for interoperability, architecture details, model geometry, tokenizer
behavior, quantization layout, and the .cact deployment format:

The upstream Needle source is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0.
A copy is retained at LICENSES/Apache-2.0.txt for reference and for

repository. Embedded or redistributed model builds must retain the model's

@webgpu/types is maintained by the GPU for the Web Community Group and is
BSD-3-Clause licensed. Dependencies distributed as separate npm packages
retain their own license files and notices.
